They weigh less than 5 lbs and operate using six “D” batteries (or optional AC adapter – order below). Net weight and stability indicators ensure weighing is accurate and a push-button tare/zero function permits use with any weighing container. The stainless steel weighing pan can be removed for cleaning. Scales automatically power off after 5 minutes of inactivity to preserve battery life; a low battery indicator tells when batteries need to be changed. Choose from single or dual display models.
