They are thinner than the original and many of the vintage units will require the addition of the nylon washer on the back end of the auger. Three washers are included. If the discs (plates) are loose you will need to add one of the nylon washers to the back of the auger as pictured. These are stainless steel discs. Dishwasher safe.
